May Day has been celebrated for well over 100 years sin Australia, as day when workers and others come together, celebrate what they have in common, consider the situation of the moment and work out the needs of the future. May Day is observed around the world and traditionally held on 1 May. In Melbourne it has long been on the following Sunday. Because of Covid-19, this year the traditional march is replaced by an online event. A May Day resolution will be discussed and voted on. If you want to be part of it, you must register online.
