Joel Clement was director of the Office of Policy Analysis at the U.S. Interior Department until last week. Then he was transferred to the department’s Office of Natural Resources Revenue. The scientist and policy expert has become a whistleblower, concerned about the impact of the Trump Administration’s climate policies and has spoken out about the existing threat to Alaskan communities.
