Oceti Sakowin Treaty Camp attacked by police and National Guard
From Unicorn Riot

The Oceti Sakowin set up camp on ground that had been ceded to them by treaty and then taken away because it is in the path of the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL). Police and National Guard have now been sent in to clear the Native Americans and supporters off the land. The main camp is some 3 kilometres away from the construction site. But this has not bee far enough to protect against a coordinated state attack, using capsicum spray, shotgun rounds, concussion grenades, LRAD, dogs and sniper cover from MRAP and Bearcat armoured vehicles.
